Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FSZero ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at fszero.trade (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years oldto use the Service, consistent with Roblox's minimum age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are operated by users under 13.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using a valid email address, Discord account, or Google account. You may also connect your Roblox account through Roblox's official OAuth2 system to enable trade matching and inventory features.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Description of the Service

FSZero is a web platform for Roblox limited item traders. The Service provides:

• Item pages displaying price data, sales history, and calculated valuations (RAP, Filtered RAP)
• A trade matching feed that generates trade proposals based on users' real Roblox inventories
• Community discussion sections ("Minds") on item pages
• Messaging between matched traders

The Service is a tool to help traders discover and communicate about potential trades. We do not execute, facilitate, or guarantee any trades on Roblox.All actual trades take place on Roblox's platform and are subject to Roblox's own terms and policies. We are not a party to any trade between users.

4. Roblox Account Connection

When you connect your Roblox account, you authorize us to access your Roblox inventory data through Roblox's official OAuth2 and Open Cloud APIs. This data is used to generate trade proposals and display your inventory within the Service.

You understand that:

• Connecting your Roblox account is voluntary but required to use the trade feed
• Your inventory data will be visible to other authenticated users of the Service
• We periodically sync your inventory; there may be a delay between changes on Roblox and updates on our platform
• You can disconnect your Roblox account at any time, which will remove your inventory data from the Service

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and related trademarks are the property of Roblox Corporation.

5. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service to scam, defraud, or deceive other users
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through chat or comments
• Post spam, advertisements, or irrelevant content in Minds comments or chat
• Attempt to manipulate item valuations or trade feed rankings through fake accounts or coordinated activity
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service without our written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service displays item valuations, RAP calculations, Filtered RAP, sale history, and other data derived from Roblox's APIs and our own calculations.

This data is provided "as is" and may not be perfectly accurate. Specifically:

• Our RAP calculation uses a weighted rolling average of recent sales and may differ from Roblox's official RAP or Rolimons' RAP
• LLP (Low Lowest Price) filtering is based on statistical thresholds and may not catch every anomalous sale or may occasionally flag legitimate sales
• Sale history may include estimated prices derived from RAP changes, not exact transaction amounts
• Inventory data may be out of date between sync cycles
• Item prices and availability can change at any time on Roblox

You are solely responsible for evaluating the fairness and accuracy of any trade. We do not guarantee that any data displayed on the Service is accurate, complete, or current. Do not rely solely on our data to make trading decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, and original content, is owned by FSZero and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (Minds comments, chat messages, trade card posts) remains the intellectual property of the respective user. By posting content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

You retain the right to delete your content at any time, and we will remove it from the Service within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Roblox and Discord. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.

If Roblox changes, restricts, or discontinues its APIs, certain features of the Service may be affected or become unavailable. We are not liable for any disruption caused by changes to third-party services.

9. Account Termination

By you. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Deletion is permanent and will remove all your data from the Service, including your profile, inventory, trade cards, matches, chat history, preferences, and saved chart drawings.

By us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or inactivity. In the event of termination, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• We are not liable for any loss of Roblox items, Robux, account value, or any other loss arising from trades discovered through, facilitated by, or associated with the Service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater

You acknowledge that trading Roblox limited items involves inherent risks, including but not limited to scams, value fluctuation, and item loss. You assume all risk associated with your trading activity.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FSZero and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another user or third party.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through an in-site notice or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
