These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FSZero ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at fszero.trade (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, consistent with Roblox's minimum age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are operated by users under 13.
Sign-up by Roblox username additionally requires that the Roblox account is at least 60 days old, holds at least 1,000 total RAP in limiteds, and has a public inventory. These thresholds are checked once at sign-up and exist to reduce throwaway-account abuse on the trade feed.
To access most features of the Service, you must create an account. The only sign-up method is Roblox username, using a bio-verification challenge: you enter your public Roblox username or user ID, paste 10 random words we generate into your Roblox profile's About section, and we confirm them by reading your public profile. We never ask for your Roblox password, cookie, or any login credentials.

FSZero is a web platform for Roblox limited item traders. The Service provides:
The Service is a tool to help traders discover, evaluate, and communicate about potential trades. We do not execute, facilitate, or guarantee any trades on Roblox. All actual trades take place on Roblox's platform and are subject to Roblox's own terms and policies. We are not a party to any trade between users.
When you connect a Roblox account, either at sign-up or later from the trade feed onboarding screen, we read publicly visible data from Roblox's official APIs (including the Open Cloud inventory API when you authorize it): your Roblox profile, avatar, About text (only during the 10-word verification check), account creation date, and your collectible (limited) inventory. This data is used to verify ownership of the account, generate trade proposals, populate your dashboard, and display your inventory within the Service.

When using the Service, you agree not to:
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
The Service displays item valuations, RAP calculations, manipulation-free RAP (MFRAP), sale history, and other data derived from Roblox's public APIs, our own scraping, and historical data backfilled from third-party public sources.
This data is provided "as is" and may not be perfectly accurate. Specifically:
You are solely responsible for evaluating the fairness and accuracy of any trade. We do not guarantee that any data displayed on the Service is accurate, complete, or current. Do not rely solely on our data to make trading decisions.
The Service, including its design, code, features, branding, and original content, is owned by FSZero and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
User-generated content (Minds comments, Ideas posts, Idea replies, votes, chat messages, direct messages, trade card posts, and feedback submissions) remains the intellectual property of the respective user. By posting content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.
You retain the right to delete your content at any time, and we will remove it from the Service within a reasonable timeframe.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Roblox. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
If Roblox or any other upstream provider changes, restricts, or discontinues its public APIs or data, certain features of the Service may be affected or become unavailable. We are not liable for any disruption caused by changes to third-party services.
By you. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Deletion is permanent and will remove all your data from the Service, including your profile, Roblox connection, synced inventory, trade cards, matches, chat history, friend requests, direct messages, Minds comments, Ideas and replies, votes, watchlist, preferences, and saved chart drawings.
By us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or inactivity. In the event of termination, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
You acknowledge that trading Roblox limited items involves inherent risks, including but not limited to scams, value fluctuation, and item loss. You assume all risk associated with your trading activity.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FSZero and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another user or third party.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through an in-site notice or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
