This Privacy Policy describes how FSZero ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services at fszero.trade (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Account Registration. You can only create an account through Roblox username: you enter your public Roblox username or user ID. We never ask for your Roblox password, cookie, or any login credentials. To prove the account is yours, you paste 10 random words into your Roblox profile's About section so we can read them back from your public profile, and you can remove the words right after.
Roblox Profile Data.When you connect a Roblox account (either at sign-up or later from the trade feed onboarding screen), we read publicly visible data from Roblox's official APIs (including the Open Cloud inventory API when you authorize it): your Roblox user ID, username, display name, avatar, About text (only during the 10-word verification check), account creation date, and your collectible (limited) inventory with item IDs, names, and counts. We do not receive private data, friends lists, messages, or non-collectible inventory.
Eligibility Checks. To reduce abuse, sign-up via Roblox username requires an account that is at least 60 days old and holds at least 1,000 total RAP in limiteds with a public inventory. We read these values once during verification and do not store the About text we read.
Trade Feed Activity. When you use the trade feed, we collect your trade ratio preferences, wishlist entries, swipe actions (left or right on trade cards), trade cards you post, mutual matches, accept/decline actions, and chat messages exchanged with matched users.
Direct Messages and Friend Requests. If you send a friend request or a direct message to another user, we store the request status and the message content between you and the recipient.
Minds Comments and Ideas.When you post a comment on an item page ("Minds") or publish an Idea (a longer-form post tagged with one or more items), we store the content, your user ID, the items it references, and any votes or replies attached to it.
Watchlist. Items you star are saved to your watchlist so we can show your pinned items on return visits.
Feedback. If you submit feedback through the in-site form, we store the title, body, tag, and your user ID.
Usage Data. We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited, timestamps, and interactions with the Service. This data is used solely to improve the Service and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
Cookies and Local Storage. We use cookies and browser local storage strictly for authentication session management (keeping you logged in), CSRF protection during sign-in, and remembering small UI preferences such as whether the sidebar is open or which chart drawings you have saved. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies for marketing purposes.

Your information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:
With Other Users. Your Roblox username, display name, avatar, and the items in your public Roblox inventory are visible to other authenticated users through the trade feed, item pages, and player profiles. Comments, ideas, votes, and replies you publish are visible to other authenticated users. Your email address is never shared with other users. Direct messages and chats are visible only to the people in the conversation.
With Service Providers. We rely on third-party infrastructure providers to operate the platform, including a cloud database and authentication provider that stores your account and application data in the European Union, a website and API hosting provider, and a data-ingestion provider that runs the background jobs pulling public item, sale, and inventory data from Roblox. These providers process your data only to operate the Service on our behalf; we do not sell your data to them or to anyone else.

As Required by Law. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
Your data is stored on our database provider's servers located in the European Union. We implement row-level security policies on all database tables to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view.
FSZero has no password to manage: you sign in by verifying ownership of your Roblox account through the bio-verification challenge, and your session is handled securely by our authentication provider. We do not store Roblox passwords, Roblox cookies, or any Roblox login credentials, because we never request them.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data and associated information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all personal data associated with it, including your profile, Roblox connection, synced inventory, trade cards, matches, chat messages, friend requests, direct messages, watchlist, ideas and replies, Minds comments, votes, preferences, feedback submissions, and any saved chart drawings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Anonymized, aggregated data (such as total site-wide trade counts or item price history) may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be traced back to any individual user.

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older, consistent with Roblox's own age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Service or provide any information.
If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at the email address below.
Users between the ages of 13 and 18 should review this Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Roblox. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify users through an in-site notice or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
