This Privacy Policy describes how FSZero ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services at fszero.trade (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Account Registration.When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (encrypted). If you register using Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and email address from Discord's OAuth2 service.

Roblox Account Connection. When you connect your Roblox account through Roblox OAuth2, we receive your Roblox user ID, username, display name, and profile information. We also request permission to read your Roblox inventory data, which includes the limited items you own and their associated metadata (item IDs, item names, collectible details).

Trade Feed Activity. When you use the trade feed, we collect your tolerance preferences, wishlist entries, swipe actions, trade card posts, match data, and chat messages exchanged with other users.

Minds Comments. When you post comments on item pages, we store the comment content and your user ID.

Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data. We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited, timestamps, and interactions with the Service. This data is used solely to improve the Service and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookies and Local Storage. We use cookies and browser local storage strictly for authentication session management (keeping you logged in). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party cookies for marketing purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service, including displaying item data, generating trade matches, and facilitating communication between users
  • Authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • Sync your Roblox inventory to enable trade matching and feed generation
  • Calculate and display item valuations (RAP, Filtered RAP, sale history)
  • Send you in-site notifications about trade matches, swipe activity, and chat messages
  • Improve and develop new features for the Service
  • Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse

We do not use your information to serve advertisements. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. How We Share Your Information

Your information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

With Other Users. Your Roblox username, display name, and inventory data are visible to other authenticated users through the trade feed and match system. This is core to how the Service functions. Your email address is never shared with other users.

With Service Providers. We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase (database, authentication, and real-time messaging) — your account data and application data are stored in Supabase's infrastructure, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
  • Vercel (website hosting) — serves the frontend of the Service.
  • Roblox (OAuth2 authentication and inventory API) — we exchange data with Roblox's servers to authenticate your account and sync your inventory.
  • Discord (OAuth2 authentication) — if you choose to sign in with Discord, we exchange data with Discord's servers to authenticate your account.

As Required by Law. We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase's servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We implement Row Level Security (RLS) policies on all database tables to ensure users can only access data they are authorized to view.

Your password is hashed and encrypted by Supabase Auth — we never store or have access to your plaintext password. Roblox OAuth2 tokens are stored securely and used only to sync your inventory on your behalf.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and associated information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all personal data associated with it, including your profile, inventory data, trade cards, matches, chat messages, preferences, and any saved chart drawings. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Anonymized, aggregated data (such as total site-wide trade counts or item price history) may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be traced back to any individual user.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data by viewing your profile and account settings
  • Correct inaccurate data by updating your account information
  • Delete your account and all associated data at any time through the account deletion feature in your settings
  • Disconnect your Roblox account, which will remove your inventory data and deactivate your trade cards
  • Export your data by contacting us at the email address below

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to restrict processing and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 13 and older, consistent with Roblox's own age requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, do not use the Service or provide any information.

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at the email address below.

Users between the ages of 13 and 18 should review this Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Roblox and Discord. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.
